2/3/2021 Update: We received word that our structural engineer has approved our return to the building to initiate repairs. We hope to have repairs completed soon and hope that we can reopen in the very near future!!
Our Downtown clinic location at 3rd & Church sustained damage during the explosion on Christmas Day. Because of this we will be closed to repair and regroup for the next few days. We will keep you informed of our reopening as soon as we can.

If your appointment was for a travel/return to work rapid PCR COVID test, you can pull up to our West Nashville clinic curbside service at 6746 Charlotte Pike.
If your appointment was for a traditional urgent care visit, please visit our West Nashville clinic at 6746 Charlotte Pike.
