Complete Health Partners Primary Care offers exceptional primary care with evening & weekend hours, so you can be seen on your schedule. Our skilled clinicians manage chronic health needs such as diabetes, thyroid conditions and high blood pressure while also providing regular check-ups to ensure all Complete Health Patients are in the best of health.
What We Treat: Urgent Care
Our skilled urgent care providers are equipped with onsite labs and x-rays to treat fractures, sprains, cuts, infections, flu, asthma, fever and almost any non-emergent illness or injury. We also offer walk-in sports physicals and biometric screenings/physicals for insurance.
Pediatric Urgent Care
Do you need urgent care for kids? We love them! Our providers are equipped to offer urgent care for kids and can treat children 6 months and older. We even have a dedicated pediatric urgent care room at our West Nashville location with puzzles, legos and books to make children feel right at home.
