Nashville Healthcare Company Grew by Offering Innovative Urgent Care, Primary Care and COVID Care throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic.
August 16, 2022, Nashville, TN —Complete Health Partners (CHP), owned and operated by a team of Nashville physicians, was named number 31 on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies. The healthcare company, which offers urgent care, primary care, sports medicine, and occupational medicine services in Middle Tennessee, saw dynamic growth during the pandemic despite closing its Downtown Nashville clinic location for four months due to the Christmas Day Bombing.

How Complete Health Partners Grew
Dr. Babcock attributes Complete Health Partner’s growth to their quick and patient-focused response to the COVID-19 pandemic. “We rolled out telemedicine virtual visits to our urgent care and primary care patients in a matter of weeks to ensure our patients received the care they needed during the lockdown and beyond.” CHP opened its first COVID-19 curbside evaluation tent on March 17th, 2020, with the expectation to keep the tent open for a few weeks. Their rapid response and exceptional medical care led to the COVID care tent remaining open until March of 2022 and performing over 100,000 COVID tests and hundreds of COVID vaccinations.
The CHP team also offered onsite COVID testing and medical guidance to companies, movies, and events to allow the safe return of work and events in Nashville and throughout Tennessee. As demand for onsite COVID care diminished, CHP transitioned their employer focus to offering occupational medical services to companies who needed a healthcare partner offering both urgent care and primary care for their employees.
