Nashville Walk-in clinic in Hendersonville

Complete Health Partners Urgent Care FAQ

What is Urgent Care?

Urgent care provides access to healthcare for minor injuries and illnesses when they are least expected. A walk-in clinic can treat most minor illnesses and injuries, from flu to broken bones. It is a great option for those that need immediate care and don’t want to sit in the waiting room or pay the high costs of an emergency room.

Complete Health Partners urgent care clinics in Nashville & Hendersonville offer urgent care for patients 6 months & older and can see a wide variety of injuries and illnesses such as lacerations, fractures, flu/COVID and more. With on-site x-ray, EKG and labs, you’ll get the treatment you need all in one place.

Do I need an appointment?

At our walk-in clinics, you never need an appointment, you can simply walk in. Complete Health Partners offers the option to walk in or schedule an appointment. This option gives patients the convenience of booking an appointment on their schedule and not having to wait in the waiting room. Walk-ins are always welcomed, and wait times are listed on our website for your convenience.

Do I need insurance?

At Complete Health Partners walk in clinics, you have the option to use insurance if you have it, but we also offer affordable self-pay rates for patients without insurance. Our self-pay rates are listed on our website for full transparency of the costs of a visit. Visit our self-pay page here: https://completehealthpartners.com/self-pay-2

Do you have x-ray?

We offer onsite x-rays 7 days a week at both our West Nashville & Hendersonville walk in clinics. On top of our onsite x-ray services, we offer follow-up care with our Sports Medicine Physician, David Neblett, MD. If you think it may be broken, our x-ray services are an affordable option compared to a visit to your local emergency room. We offer comprehensive care when it comes to fractures, from x-ray to full recovery.

Do you have translation services?

Both our Hendersonville & Nashville walk-in clinics offer language translation services to our patients. With a third-party translation service, we give those patients with a language barrier access to comprehensive care.

What insurances do you accept?

We gladly work with most major medical insurances both in Tennessee and from out-of-state. Most insurance plans require an upfront payment/co-payment for urgent care visits. This payment is due at the time of service.
