Malina Austin, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant providing compassionate, efficient urgent care services to patients in West Nashville. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality care for acute illnesses and injuries while ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and comfortable throughout their visit.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Malina has lived in several states before ultimately calling Nashville home. She earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from University of Mississippi, where she developed a strong interest in health, movement, and patient wellness. She later moved to Nashville to pursue her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Lipscomb University.

Following graduation, Malina gained meaningful experience working with Meharry Medical College as part of a mobile outreach initiative focused on COVID-19 education and vaccination. Through this work, she served underserved communities across the region, reinforcing her commitment to accessible healthcare and community engagement.

Today, Malina focuses exclusively on urgent care, where she treats a wide range of acute conditions including minor injuries, respiratory illnesses, infections, and other same-day healthcare needs. She is passionate about providing timely, patient-centered care that helps individuals recover quickly and return to their daily routines.

Outside of the clinic, Malina enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, traveling, and exploring Nashville’s food scene as a self-proclaimed foodie always on the lookout for new restaurants to try.
