Ty Babcock, MD

Residency: Vanderbilt University Emergency Medicine
After working for 5 years in East Texas, Dr. Babcock and his wife, Kelley, returned to West Nashville in 2013 to make their home and start a family. They have two children. Dr. Babcock is Board-Certified in emergency medicine. His passion for helping people improve their health and treating chronic disease through diet and lifestyle changes led him to pursue board certification in Obesity Medicine, which he successfully completed in December, 2013. He enjoys lifting weights, watching football and cooking barbecue in his spare time.

Residency: Emergency Medicine at Vanderbilt University
Dr. Ed was born and raised in Clarksville, Tennessee. He attended Austin Peay State University for his undergraduate education before enrolling at Wake Forest School of Medicine. After medical school, he completed residency training in Emergency Medicine at Vanderbilt University. He is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician. Clinically his interests include functional medicine, sports medicine, trigger point injection and other modalities of non-opioid pain management. He enjoys practicing international medicine as well and has worked in India, Africa and Mexico. Away from work he enjoys time with his wife, Meggie, and new daughter, Adelle, as well as traveling to national parks and playing golf.

Marc Mickiewicz, MD

Residency: Emergency Medicine at the University of Michigan
Dr. Mickiewicz was born in West Virginia, then educated in the Midwest, but has been happy to call the Nashville area home for 15 years. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Michigan in 2003 and is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician. Clinically his passions are helping people feel better and performing bedside procedures. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, eating and playing golf (poorly).
Marc Mickiewicz, MD
David Sparks, MD
Medical School: Quillen-Dishner College of Medicine at ETSU
Residency: University of Tennessee, Jackson-Madison General Hospital in Jackson, TN
Dr. Sparks was born here in middle Tennessee and has spent most of his life in and around the Nashville area. He attended the Quillen-Dishner College of Medicine at ETSU in East Tennessee and did his residency in Family Medicine in Jackson in West Tennessee after which he was board certified in Family Medicine. He ran a successful practice in Greenbrier, just north of Nashville. After 20 years of practice he decided to leave Family Medicine and worked for a while on the Hualapai Indian reservation in Arizona. He decided to change his career to Urgent Care Medicine to allow him to get back to the “hands on” medicine that he enjoys. He has worked in Urgent Care Medicine in numerous locations including, Bermuda, North Carolina and Chattanooga. He moved back to the Nashville are to be closer to his 3 children and 9 grandchildren.

David Neblett, MD

Residency: Vanderbilt University School of Medicine
Dr. Neblett is a native Nashvillian and loves calling Middle Tennessee home. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Rhodes College. After teaching high school science for nine years, he enrolled in medical school and received his MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He continued at Vanderbilt for both his residency and fellowship training and is board certified in both Pediatrics and Sports Medicine. His clinical interests are bone and joint problems from head to toe in pediatric and adult patients. These include acute injuries (sprains, strains, fractures), chronic conditions (joint pain, arthritis, osteoporosis), and sports-related conditions (concussions, stress fractures). He is trained in using ultrasound to guide joint and soft tissue injections. He aims to maximize conservative care, patient education, injury prevention, and patient wellness. Dr. Neblett and his wife have four children. Away from work, he enjoys family time, sporting events, and time outdoors.

Dawn was born in Elmhurst, IL, and completed her graduate medical training at the University of Arkansas. She has more than 20 years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care and cardiac care and even spent three years working at sea in marine medicine on cruise ships. Dawn relocated to Nashville in 2012 to be closer to family - she has three children and seven grandchildren. She loves to garden and cook and is an avid traveler - she has visited 37 countries!

Maddison Murray, FNP-BC Undergraduate Degree: University of Tennessee at Knoxville
Graduate School: University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Maddison is originally from Franklin, Tennessee. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2016, she graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She then attended and graduated with a BSN and MSN in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Maddison started her nursing career in the Trauma/Burn Step-down unit and concluded her career as a registered nurse in the Trauma/Burn Intensive care unit at UAB Hospital. Maddison has always had a passion for serving others. She hopes to transform healthcare by shifting from a reactive approach to proactive with hopes to provide optimal care for her patients. Her hobbies include Ohio State Football, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Kaitlin is a middle Tennessee native. She graduated from The University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in nursing and anthropology in 2016. Kaitlin is a Vol for life. She received her master's in nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2020. Throughout her career she has worked in patient, surgical services, geriatrics and hospice care. She enjoys taking care of people as a whole and connecting with each individual she meets. In her off time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her two dogs Marley and Smalls.

Malina was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and has since lived in both Mississippi and Idaho. She attended the University of Mississippi where she completed her undergraduate studies in Exercise Science. From there, Malina moved to Nashville and graduated from Lipscomb University with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. After PA school, Malina had the opportunity to work at Meharry Medical College and served as a part of a mobile outreach project where she educated and vaccinated numerous underserved communities about COVID-19. She is passionate about medicine and giving back to those in need. When Malina is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active and traveling. She is also a foodie at heart and loves finding new restaurants to try.

Benjamin Bueno is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant, born and raised in Rockwall, Texas. He attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas and after completing his Bachelor's degree in Medical Humanities, he stayed in town to pursue a Master's degree at Harding's Physician Assistant Program. Upon graduation in December of 2023, he decided to move to Nashville with dreams of playing a vital role in the medical community. Benjamin is passionate about building rapport with his patients and spreading knowledge and education that leads to healthier lifestyles. In his spare time, Ben enjoys reading, playing volleyball and soccer, and Saturdays full of college football and his Texas Longhorns.

Rachel is originally from Westfield, Indiana. She is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant. In 2020, she graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis with a B.S. in Respiratory Therapy. Rachel worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at IU Health University Hospital before attending PA school. She graduated from South College Nashville in 2023 with a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Rachel believes in fostering open communication and educating patients to ensure they feel empowered in their healthcare decisions. Her hobbies include running, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her friends and family.
