Our West Nashville urgent care clinic is located by the Nashville West Shopping Center at Charlotte Pike and Brook Hollow Road. Walk-in patients are always welcome, but with our online check-in, you can skip the wait and be seen on your schedule.
We accept most major medical insurance, however we believe that insurance shouldn’t keep you from accessing care. That’s why our West Nashville walk in clinic offers simple self-pay rates for those who need urgent care without insurance or those who do not wish to file.
**We are NOT currently in network with TennCare and per TennCare regulations, we cannot accept self-payments from those with TennCare.

We were formerly known as Physicians Urgent Care West Nashville.
