When are you open?
Our West Nashville urgent care clinic is open 9am-7pm every day except major holidays.
Out Hendersonville urgent care clinic is open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and 8am-2pm on Saturday & Closed Sunday. Closed for major holidays.
What Insurances Do You Accept?
We gladly work with most major medical insurances both in Tennessee and from out-of-state. Most insurance plans require an upfront payment/co-payment for urgent care visits. This payment is due at the time of service.

Our skilled urgent care providers see children 6 months and older.
Do I Need an Appointment For Urgent Care?
No, you never need an appointment to be seen as an urgent care patient. While we are thrilled to offer simple online appointment scheduling for urgent care visits, we accept walk-in patients from 9am until 7pm every day in Hendersonville and West Nashville.
What Tests Are Available?
We can complete a variety of tests same-day with onsite labs, X-Ray and EKG. Testing for UTI, flu, strep, mono and STD testing is available every day.
What if I Need Follow-Up Care?
We will gladly forward your visit information to your primary care or other medical provider at your request. No primary care provider? No problem! We have primary care providers at Complete Health Partners in our West Nashville and Hendersonville locations. See our Primary Care page for more information or to book an appointment.
What if I Need to See a Specialist?
We have an extensive referral network of the top medical specialists in the Nashville area. Because we are not tied to one hospital system, we simply refer to the best.
Do You Do X-Rays?
Yes! We have state-of-the-art digital X-Ray available onsite in our West Nashville urgent care clinic and Hendersonville urgent care clinic every day. Our skilled team can assess sprains, strains and possible fractures as well as perform chest X-Rays to identify pneumonia.
Do You Do EKGs?
Yes! We can perform EKGs onsite every day in our urgent care clinic. An EKG or electrocardiogram evaluates the electrical activity of the heart and can help evaluate heart disease.

What Conditions Do You Treat?
Your primary care provider is the director of your healthcare team. Our PCPs treat everything from simple annual physicals to complex medical conditions. Should you require a specialist, your primary care provider can help set up specialist appointments, procedures and treatments.
How Do I Establish Care with a Complete Health Partner PCP?
Simply call the office or book online today! We can often schedule new primary care patients the same day or the same week.
What Ages Do You Treat for Primary Care?
We see patients age 13 and older for primary care.
Do You Have After Hours or Weekend Appointments?
Yes! Our providers often have appointments available after 5pm and on Saturdays. These appointments book up quickly, so call or visit our online appointment center to find an appointment that works for you.
Can I View My Lab & Test Results Online?
Definitely! With our convenient patient portal, you have access to your medical records, right at your fingertips.
What If I Need to be Seen for a Sick Visit?
Because our primary care clinic is housed in the same facility as our state-of-the-art urgent care clinic, there is no need to worry about urgent medical issues – a provider is available 9am to 7pm every day. If your PCP is not in the office, your urgent care visit note will be available in your medical record for your PCP to review.
