COVID-19 Vaccine Moderna Nashville

Complete Health Partners is working closely with the Tennessee Department of Health and the Metro Nashville Department of Health to offer COVID-19 vaccine in Nashville clinics.

8/1/22: Due to reduced demand, we are not offering COVID-19 Vaccines at this time. We may carry the vaccines again in the future as the vaccines update and/or recommended dosing for the vaccines changes. COVID-19 vaccines come in multi-dose vials, and when a vial is opened, it expires quickly.  Because we do not have enough patient demand for vaccines and we do not want to waste limited vaccine supplies, we made the decision to pause vaccine distribution.

Please check back for updates!

At this time we do NOT carry the pediatric formulation of the Pfizer vaccine for those 5-11 years of age.
