Complete Health Partners is working closely with the Tennessee Department of Health and the Metro Nashville Department of Health to offer COVID-19 vaccine in Nashville clinics.   

We currently offer COVID-19 Vaccine at our Nashville West & Hendersonville Urgent Care Clinic Locations. 

Select your location and click below to book your COVID-19 vaccine. Beginning August 5, we will offer Pfizer & Moderna COVID-19 vaccines for those 12+ in West Nashville and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for those 18+ in Hendersonville.

Booster/third doses are available at both locations. West Nashville offers boosters of both Pfizer & Moderna and Hendersonville has boosters of Moderna only.

At this time we do NOT carry the pediatric formulation of the Pfizer vaccine for those 5-11 years of age.

COVID-19 Vaccine: Now Available to All Tennesseans

All Tennesseans over 12 years of age are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, and Complete Health Partners is pleased to work alongside the Tennessee Department of Health to administer the vaccine to our community.  We will be offering the two-dose Moderna vaccine by appointment only at our Hendersonville clinic and the Pfizer two-dose vaccine and Moderna vaccine at our West Nashville clinic.  To book an appointment, please select your preferred location above and complete the digital registration.  To ensure we have adequate supply for administration, we are currently not accepting walk in patients for vaccine.  The Moderna vaccine is approved for those over the age of 18 at this time.  The Pfizer vaccine that we carry is approved for those over the age of 12 at this time. We will update our website and social media with information regarding any changes to our vaccine distribution.  This is our shot to end the COVID-19 pandemic – get vaccinated today

COVID-19 Vaccine in Nashville FAQ

Beginning August 5, our West Nashville urgent care clinic will offer the two-dose Pfizer vaccine for those 12+.  Our Hendersonville urgent care clinic will continue to offer the two-dose Moderna vaccine.  Anyone who initiated the Moderna vaccine at our West Nashville location will be able to receive the second dose of their Moderna COVID vaccine sequence in West Nashville.  

Upon arrival at our clinic, you will be checked into our office and your second dose appointment will be scheduled.  After the vaccine is administered, you will receive your vaccination card indicating your second vaccine appointment date.   There is a 15 minute waiting period  in the office after the vaccine is administered to ensure no adverse reactions occur.  

The COVID-19 Vaccine is free for all patients.  

On November 2nd, the FDA granted an EUA for a Pfizer vaccine formulation approved for those 5-11, however, at this time, Complete Health Partners only offers the Pfizer vaccine which is FDA EUA approved for those over age 12.  The Moderna vaccine is FDA EUA approved for those over 18.  

The Tennessee Immunization Information System (TennIIS) can replace lost COVID-19 vaccination cards for you. You may complete a COVID-19 vaccination card request here:  https://redcap.link/recordrequest.
